We understand that costs are a very important issue for our clients.
Unfortunately, as every case is different, an exact quote or even a general estimation of how much you can expect to pay can be very difficult.
In family cases we offer an initial meeting at our offices for a fixed fee of £96 (inc. VAT). During this consultation we take pride in our ability to provide a more detailed estimate as to the total costs of any case you may face, including assessment of your eligibility for Legal Aid.
Currently there are Court fees payable for issuing a Divorce of £550. If you are on certain benefits or your income is below a certain level, you may not have to pay the fee. This is assessed by the Court at the time of issuing the papers.
In relation to buying or selling of property (private or commercial), we provide a detailed breakdown of our fees at the beginning of the transaction. We treat the sale or purchase of a leasehold property in the same way we treat that of a freehold. We will charge you nothing extra.
For residential conveyancing these are our legal costs (exc VAT) for each transaction, whether sale or purchase. We do not charge a separate fee when acting for your lender. There will also be other disbursements (e.g. search fees; stamp duty land tax) that are chargeable. If you wish to have a complete quote, please contact us click here.

WILLS & PROBATE COSTS
For Wills, we offer a fixed price of £216 (inc. VAT) for a single Will or £300 (inc. VAT) for Mirror Wills. A discount on Wills is available for existing or previous clients.
In Probate cases, it is difficult to estimate exactly what the costs may be and we therefore offer a fixed fee first appointment for £96 (inc. VAT) to discuss your case, to enable us to provide you with a better estimate of costs.
For a Lasting Power of Attorney, we offer an initial consultation to discuss your needs for a fixed fee of £96 (inc. VAT). Our costs for the preparation of full lasting power of attorney for either finance or welfare are £300 (ex. VAT) with a joint application fee from £450 (ex. VAT); the current court application fees are £110 per application.
FIXED FEE APPOINTMENTS
We offer a fixed fee first appointment for £96 (inc. VAT) for all other property transactions to enable you to discuss your requirements with us.
