Patrick Lawrence (Partner)


Patrick is the head of the Family Department. He has worked in family law for over 30 years and was a founding member of the first national network of solicitors dealing with injunction law. Patrick deals with cases concerning all aspects of family law and also handles Wills.


Patrick is an advanced member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association). He graduated in Law, with Honours from the London School of Economics in 1977, qualified as a solicitor in 1980, and established the business in 1983.





About Us

Karen Wallis (Partner)


Karen is the joint head of the Property and Probate department. She has worked in this area of law for over 25 years and has extensive experience in tenancy dispute cases and other areas of commercial property law.


She is a Chartered Legal Executive.


Andrew Humphries (Partner)

Andrew undertakes work in all areas of family law. He is particularly experienced in matters concerning child protection and care proceedings.

Andrew is an advanced member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and is able to offer assistance in respect of all emergency applications for personal protection.

Andrew is also passionate about assisting individuals in civil actions against public bodies.

In 2017 Patrick Lawrence Solicitors became a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), forming Patrick Lawrence Partnership LLP.
