What we Offer
We offer Public Funding (often called Legal Aid) in relation to all family issues, including:
- Care proceedings;
- Domestic violence;
- Child matters;
- Financial disputes.
As holders of a Legal Aid franchise we can grant emergency Legal Aid in some cases.
If you qualify, or you may qualify for Legal Aid we will explain to you how it works in more detail in your initial consultation.
We can often grant Legal Aid that covers this initial meeting so that you can see us without charge.

We also provide a 'Go Green' service for our clients. Apart from legal documents, which require a signature, we will contact you entirely by telephone and email to save paper and, in our small way, help the environment.
